Who can apply to join this market?

All makers, crafters, artists, food artisans, designers, and creators offering handmade and artisan food products produced in small scale who share in the mission to promote sustainability.

How to secure a booth?

To secure a booth, complete your application process.

Submit your booth application here.
Upon acceptance, proceed to complete full payment.
Attend the Merchant Briefing online to get your clearance for ingress.

Do I need a business permit to participate?

Yes, you will need to present your business permit to secure a special mayor's permit to join the exhibit. If you do not have a business permit, our team will assist you in securing the mayor's special permit. Additional charges may apply.

What is the space dimension for the seller's booth?

Space dimension for the seller's booth measures 1.5 meters x 2 meters. Exhibitors with bigger space requirements are allowed to apply for additional spaces. For workshops, there is a designated space to accommodate up to 25 participants per session.

How much does it cost to secure a booth?

To discuss the rates, and other details for this event, sign up for the shortlist and attend the online orientation. If you are a member of Creative Circle Philippines, you are entitled to a member's discount and get 50% off regular rate. Not a member of the Circle? Apply here.

Are there any other costs?

Prepare to pay for the special mayor's permit. Additional charges may apply if you do not have a business permit.

For those with electronic devices and equipment, electric cost may be billed separately and collected by representatives of the venue partner.

Can I request a refund?

The exhibitor’s fee is non-refundable because it supports operational costs that are incurred ahead of the market, including stall production, logistics, permits, staffing, marketing and other operational expenses. These funds are fully dedicated toward supporting the market and its makers keeping it sustainable, not for profit, and once your spot is reserved, they are already allocated.

Can I close shop on some weekends?

NO. Please anticipate any emergencies you may have to ensure that your shop remains open on dates you applied for. Regular attendance is monitored and scored. Poor scores may affect your application to participate in succeeding events and/or any other programs offered by Creative Circle Philippines.

Can I sell my slot?

NO. Selling slots when you decide to discontinue completing the event is strictly prohibited and a breach in contract that may escalate to legal processes.
